Yachts broker for Pre-Owned Nauticats
Nauticat Yachts while preparing to rebuild the legendary brand from scratch , is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and knowledgeable broker that has the ability to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven record & passion for the marine industry. Educational qualifications in maritime law, business, or finance can be beneficial.
As a yacht broker, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of Preowned Nauticat yachts, providing exceptional service to our valuable clients, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Commission position with very competitive splits based on experience.
- Represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of pre-owned yachts of Nauticat Yacht brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, boatyards, marinas, and industry professionals.
- Evaluate and list vessels with detailed specifications, photos, and market insights
- Managing listings utilizing Yacht listing platforms.
- Engage in lead generation activities, including networking events, online marketing, and referrals.
- Provide expert advice on yacht specifications, features, and financing options to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve fair, win-win outcomes for all parties.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to business growth.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare contracts and documentation necessary for yacht transactions while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Product knowledge and an understanding of the yacht sales or cycle are essential
- A passion for yachts and boating is highly desirable, along with knowledge of Nauticat brand.
- Ability to travel the world to survey yachts, communicate with clients and partners, and attend specialized events.
- A strong knowledge of boating equipment, terms, features & options is desirable.
- Proven experience in yacht sales or a strong sales background in areas relevant to yacht sales.
- Proficiency in utilizing Yacht listing platforms
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and sales management practices will be considered as advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Adaptable to changing market trends and customer behaviors, maintaining a flexible and forward-thinking mindset
